I am Ashley Fabrigas, owner of FAB Weddings. My company specializes in Wedding Planning, Day-of Coordination, Wedding Decor, Wedding Design, and Calligraphy Signage. We also have “Décor & Design” packages for small events such as bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays, etc. Our office and décor show room is located in Los Alamitos, CA. That is where we meet to do our final décor selection meeting. We believe that your wedding should be everything you envisioned & it's our job to make that happen. During the wedding process we work with your vision while assisting with advice and guidance. We help with vendor selection, timeline creating, decor & more! We’re not your standard wedding coordinators. We can offer you so much more then that! We write out your seating charts, welcome signs, bar menus, and more! On your wedding day we handle everything from the timeline to personal details during setup, so you are worry free & enjoying every moment of your special day. We will also be the last ones at the end of the night packing up your items and making sure they make it home. If FAB Weddings is a part of your wedding day, you will not be disappointed!

Beginning Bride

$1,200

  • Coordinate & run Rehearsal a week prior to the wedding
  • Coordinate & run Ceremony day of the Wedding
  • 1 Coordinator arrives onsite 2 hr prior to Ceremony start time for vendor and bridal party needs
  • Coordinator will set up décor such as Guestbook, Card box, Easels, Escort Cards, Menus, Favors, Cake Topper, etc
  • Coordinator will help direct vendors & guests as they arrive and create a day of timeline
  • Bride will have full email & phone communication with Coordinator as often as needed to discuss wedding details
  • Coordinator leaves as soon as ceremony concludes - No reception coordination included with this package
Blushing Bride

$3,000

  • Endless hours of planning assistance via phone & email
  • Coordinate and oversee rehearsal the week prior to wedding
  • Coordinate and run ceremony day of the Wedding
  • 2 Coordinators arrive onsite 4 hrs prior to Ceremony start time for vendor and bridal party needs
  • Coordinator will set up décor such as guestbook, card box, easels, escort cards, menus, favors, cake topper, etc.
  • Coordinators will contact all vendors 1-2 weeks prior to wedding, and assist vendors upon arrival onsite
  • Coordinators will create a detailed wedding day Timeline & run schedule throughout the day
  • Coordinators will assist with grand entrance, dinner, toasts, first dance, family and bridal party dances
  • Coordinators will stay till the end of the reception & be responsible for packing up all wedding related items
  • Coordinators will make sure all gifts & cards are loaded in the car of your choice, and assist with grand exit
Desire It All PACKAGE

  • Bride will have full email and phone communication with Coordinator as often as needed to discuss wedding details
  • Coordinate and oversee rehearsal the week prior to wedding
  • Coordinate and run ceremony day of the Wedding
  • 2 Coordinators arrive onsite 4+ hrs prior to Ceremony start time for vendor and bridal party needs
  • Coordinators will set up décor such as guestbook, card box, easels, escort cards, menus, favors, cake topper, etc.
  • Coordinators will contact all vendors 1-2 weeks prior to wedding and coordinate vendors as they arrive onsite
  • Coordinators will create a detailed wedding day timeline & run schedule throughout the day
  • Coordinators will assist with all reception activities such as grand entrance, dinner, toasts, first dance, garter and bouquet toss, money dance, and grand exit
  • Coordinators will be responsible for packing up all décor items, gifts, cards, etc., and loading them in the car or room of your choice
  • FREE décor rentals, custom signs, & seating chart creation from FAB Weddings
Decor & Design

$2,400

  • Venue walkthrough with you to go over design ideas & plans
  • In office consultation to pick out décor items you want to use (Table numbers, card box, welcome signs, gold charger plates, seating chart, easels, crates, mercury glass votives, guest book signage, dessert platters, and more!)
  • NO DAY OF COORDINATION Day of designers arrive at the venue for setup of décor items chosen & your personal items as well
  • Coordinator arrives at the end of the night to pick up all décor rental items
  • Fresh eucalyptus to decorate the ceremony area, welcome table, gift table, signs, dessert table, sweetheart table, and bar. (Not enough for all guest tables or ceremony arch)
  • Unlimited amount of hand written calligraphy signage
